a) dragons breath ~ georiga ~ irish style cheese, yellow & brown mustard seeds, then soaked in ale stout, firm cow’s milk

b) murcia al vino ~spain ~ murcian goat milk, reddish rind from bathing in red wine,mild aroma, agreeable acid, little salty

c) sunshine “local” blue ~ florida~ first  raw milk cheese in florida, made from jersey cow milk.

d) tomme “local” ~florida   ~ earthly, nutty flavored semi-soft cheese, cow’s milk produced by cypress point creamery.
