apples and walnut tree wood, this cheese has a subtle smoky flavor with

a fine balance of sweet and nutty notes

b) drunken goat~spain~ goat’s milk~ mild and smooth semi firm cheese,

soaked in red wine 2-3 days

c) mt. tam ~ northern california ~ cow’s milk ~ triple cream cheese is smooth with flavors of decadent butter and hints of white mushroom

d) tomme “local” ~florida   ~ earthly, nutty flavored semi-soft cheese, cow’s milk produced by cypress point creamery.
