Privacy Policy: bb’s respects your privacy and wants you to know how we handle the information you provide us online. We collect information to process and fulfill orders and, in turn, to furnish customers with information about their order. bb’s will never release any personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, e-mail address, phone number or credit card information, nor will bb’s sell or rent this information to any third party.

Security: We use industry-standard, SSL encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with our site server.

Shipping Cost: Shipping rates are calculated based on the total purchase amount, weight and shipment destination. bb’s uses UPS for shipping. UPS will not deliver to Post Office Boxes.

Shipping Address: UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, therefore bb’s does not accept PO Boxes as shipping addresses. Include detailed address information when shipping products especially to commercial addresses. Suite, floor, and room numbers are especially helpful. Be aware that UPS charges more for residential delivery than to commercial addresses. Note: If all address information is not provided and UPS charges us an Address Correction Fee ($5.00- 10.00) we reserve the right to charge this amount to you.

Timely Delivery: bb’s makes every attempt to send out your order the same day or next day, however during certain times of the year, this may not be possible due to a high volume of orders. We do not guarantee delivery on an exact day. If you are looking at a particular delivery date, order early to have your package arrive ahead of time.

Shipping Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, excluding major holidays. We do not ship on Friday to ensure your product won’t sit in a hot warehouse over a weekend.

International Shipping: At this time we do not ship to any international addresses including Canada.

Product Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us weekdays at 904.306.0100 between. 9 A.M. and 5 P.M. Eastern Standard Time. We request that you retain all remaining product and packaging materials so we can best assist you. If your product arrives damaged, we request that you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Returns: If you are unhappy with your items for any reason please call or email us. Once your shipment leaves bb’s we can not guarantee its safe arrival due to elements beyond our control, such as temperature and time sitting in a shippers warehouse. We do our best with packing, to ensure your items arrive in the best condition as possible. Feel free to email or call us with any questions you have prior to placing your order.
